Sit in the sun, go for a stroll, or do some gardening. I love walking or cycling in a pine forest, amongst dunes, and by lakes or reservoirs. Every day, your mind, body, and soul require some sunlight and fresh air. It may transform your view on life.

4. Think positive

Your ideas guide your emotions. You will feel anxious if you think about anything upsetting. Consider something that makes you happy, and you will feel more satisfied. What are your favorite memories? There’s no harm in thinking pleasant thoughts for a few minutes!

5. Get things done

Studies have shown that making progress toward a goal is one of the most powerful methods to improve happiness. It may be performing one more push-up, learning a new foreign word, losing a couple of pounds, or learning a new tune on your guitar or piano. It does not take much improvement to feel happy.
